  • Measuring guide: Please refer to our measuring guide before placing your order. The sofa cover is sold by piece, not as a set. To ensure a proper fit, measure your furniture before purchasing.
  • How to choose: Recommend to choose 28" Width to fit sofa width equal or less than 24", 36" Width to fit sofa width between 24" to 32", and 43" Width to fit sofa width above 32". For length, please add extra 4" - 8" long to tuck in the sides, Width and Length better longer than short.

Suggestion:

  • Armrests: Choose 70x70CM, 2 pieces (for both sides of the sofa, if applicable).
  • Backrests: Choose 90x90CM, and select as many as the number of seats.

NOTE

Sofa covers are sold individually and not as a complete set. When choosing a size, it's recommended to select a size that is 20-30 cm larger than the actual size of the sofa to protect its sides or prevent slipping. The price listed is for one piece of sofa cover.

Please keep in mind that manual measurement may result in a 1-3 cm error, which is considered normal. If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Here at Slipcover KAS we strive to give our customers the quickest shipping times possible as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company. 

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-3 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time refers to the time your goods takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep. 

All orders within the continental United States will be shipped from our United States warehouse, and all other orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency. However, if our US warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from the kas international warehouse. 

Our current shipping times range between 5-15 days business days. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from. 

Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can. 

All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24 - 72 hours. If you have not received your tracking number within this time-frame, please reach out to our customer support team at slipcoverkas@gmail.com :) 

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to global shipping constraints.

Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
